Quick hotfix that adresses few issue mainly plates were dealing ridiculous damage

• Plates now deal 10 damage not 100 as it should
  
• Smasher adds now spawn indefinitly not only once
• Smasher heals only half of the hp not all of it when eating an add
• Special ammo now counts correctly
• Bosses dont open sewages
• Enemies can now pass trough sewages
